Managing Director Ilona IT Finland

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales, education, and innovation? Ilona IT, a leading provider of innovative education technology solutions, part of the Academic Software - Signpost Group, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Managing Director to drive our growth and expansion in the Finnish market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the sales team: As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for motivating and managing the sales team to achieve outstanding results. You will create a collaborative and performance-driven environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to the company’s success.

  • Strategic growth and expansion: One of your core tasks will be to spearhead the growth of our customer base. With a clear vision, you will define and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint in the education sector, driving exponential growth for Ilona IT over the coming years.

  • Hands-on sales leadership: You will lead by example, actively participating in sales efforts and closing deals. 

  • Change management: As part of our fast-paced and evolving business, you will lead change initiatives to ensure the company is agile and responsive to new opportunities and challenges. Your ability to implement change successfully will be key to achieving long-term growth.

  • Building relationships in the education sector: You will leverage your existing network and knowledge within the education sector to strengthen Ilona IT's market position. Your connections and insights will be vital in fostering long-term partnerships with educational institutions.
